Youth are eligible for WIOA services who are 17-24 years old; out-of-school (graduate or drop out); residing in San Mateo County, Palo Alto, Mountain View, or Los Altos; have work verification; and have WIOA identified barrier to employment (determined by youth counselor).

“Coming to JobTrain gave me a solid foundation from where I was able to build my life and guide me towards a bright future. I was able to go from working long hours in retail without a goal in sight to aspiring for higher education and supporting myself with a sustainable job in medical assisting.”
