The exciting PBS Visionaries documentary that features JobTrain’s impact in the community made its local debut with two recent events: a premiere viewing at JobTrain’s own Rendezvous Café on June 28th and a second viewing at the JobTrain Headquarters on July 13th. At the premiere event, guests enjoyed a screening of the 30-minute documentary, as well as a presentation on the state of poverty in the area.
JobTrain President and CEO Barrie Hathaway presented preliminary findings of JobTrain’s Broken Pathway Report 2.0 which provides data on the true face of poverty in the Bay Area, as well as possible solutions to address this findings.
