JobTrain is happy to welcome Miriam Torres as Branch Manager of TeenForce! TeenForce is a social enterprise helping solve the foster youth employment crisis.
TeenForce uses a nonprofit staffing agency model to match youth, ages 16-21, with employers seeking to fill part and full-time jobs. Their approach is both convenient and cost-effective for employers. In addition, they also provide training, support and mentoring to youth to ensure they succeed in the workplace.
