Youth Services Mission: The mission of JobTrain’s Youth Programs is to prepare young people for productive and independent lives.
JobTrain’s Youth Services provides an array of programs that help youth (17-24) to gain the job skills, academic skills and the support youth need to be successful. Please click on the below links for details on programs available.

Youth Services – Special Program
The Workforce Innovation Opportunity Act (WIOA) is a federally funded program designed to assist individuals with employment barriers to attain their career and educational goals. JobTrain is a subcontractor for NOVA and is the Youth WIOA provider for San Mateo County. JobTrain provides youth who meet WIOA criteria with personalized support services tailored to their need. Youth are eligible for WIOA services who are 17-24 years old; out-of-school (graduate or drop out); residing in San Mateo County, Palo Alto, Mountain View, or Los Altos; have work verification; and have WIOA identified barrier to employment (determined by youth counselor).
